Refund Policy

1. Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing, because vessels and cabins are reserved in advance.

2. Refund Schedule
If a client wishes to cancel:
•More than 60 days before the tour: Refund of any amount paid minus the deposit.
•30–60 days before the tour: 50% refund of the total package price (if the full amount has been paid).
•Less than 30 days before the tour: No refund.

3. No-Show
If the client does not appear at the departure location at the specified time → 0% refund.

4. Illness, personal emergencies
Refunds are not issued.
Clients are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance that covers cancellations.

5. Cancellations by Mare Anima
If Mare Anima cancels a tour due to operational reasons not related to force majeure, clients may choose:
•full refund, or
•credit toward a future tour.

6. Refund Method
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10–21 business days, depending on the payment provider.
