These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all bookings, payments, travel services and yacht tours offered by Mare Anima (“Company”, “we”, “us”). By making a booking, each Client (“you”, “participant”) agrees to these Terms.

1. Services Provided
Mare Anima organizes yacht tours, sailing trips, shared-cabin experiences, private charters, and related travel services in Georgia, Greece, Turkey, Italy and Croatia. All itineraries, vessel types, routes and services are subject to availability and local regulations.

2. Booking & Payment
•A booking is considered confirmed only after payment of the required deposit.
•Remaining balance must be paid by the deadline stated on your invoice (typically 30–45 days before departure).
•If payment is not received by the deadline, the booking may be automatically cancelled without a refund.

3. Pricing
•Prices are listed per person or per cabin, depending on the tour format.
•Prices may vary due to seasonality, availability, port fees, or currency fluctuations.
•Mare Anima reserves the right to adjust pricing before a booking is confirmed.

4. Shared Cabin Policy
For shared-cabin tours:
•Guests may be assigned to cabins based on gender or group preferences.
•Single participants booking “shared cabin” may be paired with another participant.
•Private cabin upgrades are subject to availability.

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
•Be in good physical condition to participate in activities (swimming, boarding the yacht, etc.)
•Follow safety instructions provided by the crew.
•Hold a valid passport and required visas.
•Purchase personal travel insurance (recommended).

6. Changes to Itinerary
Weather conditions, port regulations, or safety considerations may require route adjustments.
Mare Anima reserves the right to modify the itinerary in the interest of safety or operational needs without compensation.

7. Behavior on Board
The captain has full authority over navigation and safety.
Clients may be removed from the tour without refund in cases of:
•dangerous behavior,
•excessive alcohol consumption,
•violation of safety rules,
•disturbance of other guests.

8. Liability
Mare Anima is not liable for:
•personal injuries caused by negligence or failure to follow instructions,
•lost or stolen property,
•weather-related itinerary changes,
•flight cancellations,
•events outside our control (“force majeure”).

9. Force Majeure
No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to events beyond our control, such as:
•storms, adverse weather,
•political events,
•natural disasters,
•port closures,
•airline disruptions.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia.
Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Georgian legal procedures.
